Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, act, make choices, and relate to others. Our faith leaders, which include pastors and gospel ministers are in a unique position to be the first line of defense when confronting mental illness. Faith leaders not only serve as the front door of the mental health system, but that religion and spirituality offer clients hope that transcends their circumstances. California Worship Experience a team that is professionally trained to handle issues pertaining mental health. As organization we believe that when people seek spiritual support, they benefit further because they are able to find hope, identity, purpose, growth and community in the context of their experience. Having access to spiritual and community support can result in better outcomes in major depression, lower substance abuse, lower rates of suicide and higher levels of happiness. We welcome partnership with agencies that promote wellbeing and self-care. Engaging in a self-care routine is clinically proven to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, reduce stress, increase happiness, and more.

As part of our outreach ministry, we provide basic needs to vulnerable communities in Africa. Although we aim to provide food, blankets, clothing and basic necessities to those who are destitute, our ultimate aim is to create environments and opportunities that enable people to find their way out of poverty. We are in the process of developing a variety of programmes to uplift a diversity of people – from the most vulnerable to those who have the potential, but lack the opportunity to become self supporting. We all hold the power to contribute in some way or another to the societies in which we are part of.
